We meet on the third Monday evening of every month (except in August and December) at King's Academy, Binfield RG42 4FS. There is a free, well-lit carpark.

Lectures are held in the school's lecture theatre which has a large single central screen and comfortable tiered seating. 

Tea and coffee is served from 7.15pm in the foyer and lectures starts at 7.45pm. We aim to finish by 9pm.

Our talks are also live streamed to our own YouTube channel so you can watch from the comfort of your own home if you are unable to join us in person.

Directions to King's Academy

Please use postcode RG42 4EX if using a Sat Nav

Coming from Wokingham on the London Road (B3408), take the 2nd exit at the Popeswood Roundabout signposted Temple Park.

Immediately afterwards, take the first turning on the left (Wood Lane). At present there is no sign for the school, but there is a large sign that reads ‘golf plex’.

After approximately half a mile you will see King’s Academy on your right.

Turn right into the car park and drive toward the top right-hand corner to park. In the fence there is a gate. Follow the path to the main school entrance under the colonnaded canopy.

Signs will direct you through the doors to the theatre reception.

Inside there is plenty of space to mingle and meet up with friends over free tea or coffee and biscuits before the lecture. 

King's Academy will be open to members from 7.00pm and the lecture starts at 7.45pm. 

Overflow parking arrangements - please note that this is not suitable for those with mobility issues

Should you find that the King's Academy Binfield car park is full, additional parking is available.

To access this, please return up Wood Lane to Temple Way, turn left and then take the first left turn into St George's Park. Drive through the housing estate until you see the school gates.

Drive through the gates and turn right. Immediately on your left are a number of parking places for you to use.

Ahead of the school gates, at the top of the flights of steps, is the entrance to the main school reception and the lecture venue.
